Life is so fragile, i have been thinking alot about that in the past few days, its so heart breaking, i cannot even imagine what that is like to lose someone so close to you...yet there is so little that can be done..

really should try to cherish ppl and things around u as much as u can..bcos u never know how important they are to you until u completely lose them.

It is sad... the only thing that we can do perhaps, apart from letting that person know we are here for them, is to give them some space and room to breathe.

I attended a workshop today on a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Part of it covered human relationships. The theory relating to that asserts that with any close, loving, caring relationship that you may wish to engage in, pain and/or some other unpleasant feelings (e.g. anger, disappointment, frustrations, sadness) will also inevitably come with it.

I guess unless you want to avoid any human relationships altogether, it's all part of the package. But yes, I agree with you, do cherish the things you have, the people you love. If any unpleasant feelings or experiences arise, they're not necessarily bad but all just part of life's experiences (also learned this from the workshop, keke).
